This page is for Owners or Agents to register their guests at the Madeira Beach Yacht Club Condominiums. The information on this form is required to be submitted at least 7 days in advance of your arrival. Registration Fee of $50.00 applies per unit. An optional $25 expedited processing fee is available for applications submitted less than 7 days in advance. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By signing this form, I, as the owner/property manager, take full responsibility of the terms in all the MBYCC governing documents and R&R’s. I understand that the owner is held responsible for all actions of the guests occupying their unit. If a guest is found breaking any of the MBYCC rules during their stay, they are in violation and the owner can be fined $100/day – up to $1000/event maximum. I certify that I have advised my guests of all MBYCC rules.
